It is the first red wine from Greece to introduce the designation of limited and controlled production among Greek wines. This fine red wine has been awarded numerous distinctions at prestigious international competitions. Boutari Grande Reserve Naoussa blends the tannic Xinomavro variety with the softness of barrel and bottle aging. Greece's 'Grande Reserve' designation is only be granted to wines that are barrel aged for two years (minimum), and then subsequently bottle aged for an additional two years (minimum).
