The Chandon Blanc de Blancs has green edges and is pale yellow in colour. It has persistent mouse and fine bubbles. The nose hints of apple and fennel with fresh lime blossom. The background is of nuts and toast. The plate is bright with primary fruit flavours of Fuji apples, nectarine, pear, and ripe meyer lemons. There is a soft acidity, a gentle creamy texture and a very long finish.
