A delicious wine with a powerful, crisp core of citrus fruits with a tropical fruit outline, varietal with apple, cape gooseberry and lemon then grapefruit, oyster shell and white spice. There’s a backbone of salivating and thirst quenching acidity that is perfect for fresh oysters or mussels, with its intensity and saline edge. As the wine opens out in glass some tropical fruits of pineapple and white pineapple begin to emerge and with the baseline of citrus and a touch of herb this wine is so very easy to enjoy.
