A dark red alizarin crimson malbec. The nose opens up with a wide range of aromas: from cassis, dried blueberry and black mission fig to cedar wood, red berries and licorice roots. Floral notes of violet and peony follow. This powerful wine is elegantly balanced between fruit density and purity; the wine coats the palate with a variety of red and black fruits, spices, smoke, blond tobacco and star anise. The tannins are polished and the fruit remains fresh and balanced.
