The Dumont family has been known for their bolder (compared to the north) expressions of Champagne in the southern region of Aube for over 200 years. They're also one of very few Champagne producers to make a cuvee using the solera method. Apple, pear, peach, apricot, lemon, lime, orange, pineapple, kiwi, butter, cream and vanilla.
