This is our finest Sauvignon Blanc in many vintages, and theexceptional quality of the fruit from this harvest allowed us to crafta blend that is 97% Sauvignon Blanc with just a touch of Viognierto add aromatic influences. Aromas of grapefruit, mango and limeintroduce the wine, and classic varietal signatures of freshly mowngrass show well. In the mouth youll find a crisp, clean wine,surprisingly full bodied with flavors of green apple, lemon/lime and ahint of mint. Well be talking about this vintage for quite some time.
