This wine was fermented in a concrete egg, but post fermentation, it was moved to a small French oak foudre where it remained until it was bottled at the end February. Like many vintages of this wine, it is Jura influenced with some oxidation and more phenolic characters though still light and possessing the mineral texture that is characteristic of this botting and to some extent, the Santa Cruz Mountains.
