Aromatics are important here so it’s no wonder the brightness of pomegranate and raspberry are out to play, supported by a lightly herbal it's a moreish delight. Like biting into a Black Doris plum, the tannins are very soft and supple giving in to the ripe and fruity juice that has just a hint of spice.
