Respect for the environment is key at Domaine Guillaman where they have achieved HVE level 3 status for their level of excellence in the environmental performance of the farm. Solar panels, conservation of water resources, natural fertilisers and biodiversity all play important roles in respecting the environment while at the same time producing wines which reflect the terroir form which they come.

The Colombard Sauvignon Blanc blend is pale yellow with beautiful glints of green, and brilliantly clear. The bouquet is exuberant with plenty of fruit (grapefruit, lychee, passion-fruit) and a hint of acacia. The taste is well-rounded, quite full and very fresh, and there is a good follow-through from the bouquet: fruit, more fruit, even more fruit! It's powerful flavours will have coming back for more and more.
