HandCraft Artisan Collection wines celebrate the California home and Italian heritage of third generationwinery proprietor Cheryl Indelicato. She gives classic grape varieties her own personal touch byadding a playful dash of Italian and heritage varietals as a nod to the vineyard-to-barrel field selectionsthat found their place daily at the Italian table when she was growing up. The result is distinctive, fruitforwardwines that are easy to enjoy and share with others.Grapes were hand harvested at nightto promotecitrus flavors and retain the fruits naturalaciditybefore being transferred immediately tothe winery. Once there, the grapes were gentlypressed and the juice was cold settled beforefermentation. A portion was fermented and agedin a combination of French and American oak toadd depth and complexity, while the remainingportion was aged in stainless steel tanks topreserve the wines bright acidity and delicatearomas.
