This exquisite wine is named after Sting's song, Sister Moon. The first Toscana IGT from Il Palagio, it is comprised of Sangiovese, together with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, ages for 18 months in French barriques. Aromas: Sweet cherries, crushed flowers and licorice.
