Ripe yellow with pastel green-gold highlights. Nose: Rich and ripe with juicy fruit aromas (yellow and white peaches, apricot), with a generous sweetness indicating a powerful wine. A hint of brioche starts to show through, but it is the ripe fruit aromas that really dominate. Palate: Full and round on the attack. Fine creamy mousse supporting a powerful wine. The full concentration of the 1999 vintage is really present in this wine. A vinous finish with finesse and freshness and a quite impressive persistence. With a little more time it will develop into an even more beautifully harmonious wine.
