The Estate 100% Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 20 months in a combination of new and once-used French oak barrels. Beautifully balanced and elegant with aromasof black licorice and dark cocoa with hints of mint and pomegranate. Dark, denseflavors of black cherry, blackberry, and English toffee complement one another so perfectly. Structured tannins leave you with a lasting impressionof German chocolate cake on the finish.
