Winemaking To enhance our Cabernet Sauvignon's bright cherry aromas and soft mouthfeel, the juice undergoes 1% malolactic fermentation. Winemakers then age the wine in American oak tanks and casks to add additional body, character and toasted vanilla notes that beautifully complement the fruit flavors.
