Return & Refund Policy
For In Store Purchases:
Returns are on wine and liquor only. There are NO returns on beer, soft drinks, seltzers, condiments.
- Wine / Liquor returns must be made with original receipt within 14 days of purchase for a store credit only. Bottles must be unopened and labels intact.
For products that are returned due to spoilage or due to the goods being unconsumable (i.e. “corked” wine, out of code product, etc.) the item must be returned nearly full. Do not empty the bottle.

For Online Orders :
- 25% of the wine and liquor may be returned for a refund or store credit, only if it is in resale condition, that is, bottles are unopened and labels are intact.
- Returns must be within 14 days of purchase.
- Contact Customer Service team at support@liquorcave.com. Restocking fees may apply.
Cancellations
If you request a cancellation or a refund for an order that has not shipped or ready to ship that consists of any special ordered items, there will be a charge of 25% restocking fee as those special items are non-returnable to our suppliers. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable unless a wrong item is sent to you.

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 2-3 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable unless a wrong item is sent to you.
Limited Liability
Liquor Cave is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Liquor Cave is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Online Store Policy

Proof of age will be required at the time of pickup or delivery for alcohol orders.
Title and Ownership
All products are sold in New Jersey, with TITLE passing to the buyer in New Jersey.
Shipping
We will contact the carrier and arrange shipment on behalf of the buyer to an address provided by the buyer that will not subject the seller to any sort of legal actions. We are not responsible for breakage by the carrier. The buyer is responsible for insurance and shipping costs. By utilizing this site the purchaser is representing that they are acting in a accordance with their local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of alcohol products. The purchaser represents that they have obtained any required permission and is legally entitled to take possession of the quantities ordered and is responsible for paying all tax or other amounts due.
