Brewed at Tired Hands Brewing Company, an IPA brewed with oats and lactose sugar. Fermented atop strawberries (a high pectin fruit) and vanilla beans. Hopped intensely with Mosaic and Citra. We also added wheat flour and 5 lbs of local apples (a high pectin fruit) to the boil. Brewed in collaboration with Omnipollo.
