At Top Box our style is very light handed with minimal intervention. We like the wine to showcase the uniqueness of Washington State: fruit forward, structured yet smooth, with just a kiss of oak. We achieve this by fermenting and aging primarily in stainless steel with twice daily pump overs for 5–7 days.
