Veuve Dubarry is a Traditional Method sparkling wine from France (or méthode traditionelle). This is the same method used to create Champagne and other bottle-fermented sparkling wines. It is an official, term denoting a specific method and process. It is sometimes referred to as the ‘Classic Method’ (méthode classique). This means that the wines went through a second fermentation in bottle to create its carbonation which also adds layers of complexity and body to the final wine.
