A fleeting bouquet, reminiscent of violets. On the palate full and robust with a harmonious velvet. Minimum aging reuired by law is 2 years and kept for at least 1 year in oak or chestnut barrels. Accompaniment: game, particularly pheasant and partridge, roasts, grilled steak and cutlets, braised meat and cheese.
