Weather Wines'first release of chardonnay. The 2020 Weather Sonoma Coast Chardonnay confirms this region for producing elegant and complex Burgundian-varietals. The cool-climate Sonoma Coast AVA experienced a warmer 2020 summer that led to early ripening and August harvest. This lively, floral chardonnay has aromas of spring white flowers and jasmine with chamomile and butter-poached pears. On the palate, flavors of baked apple tart and lemon confit with vanilla crème brûlée. Its fresh, nimble acidity and slight minerality lend refreshing balance to the richness.
