Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz Tito’s vodka
• 3 oz Carrot juice
• 1/2 oz Honey syrup
• 1/2 oz Lemon juice
• 1 tsp. Caper brine
• 1 tsp. Hot sauce
• Garnish: parsley sprig and Halo del Santo 

Directions:

Rim a glass with Halo del Santo salt and fill with ice.

In a mixing glass combine vodka, carrot juice, honey syrup, lemon juice, caper brine and hot sauce and stir well. 

Pour into prepared glass and garnish with a parsley sprig.
