This delightful, crisp and refreshing wine represents Alfredo’s family winemaking tradition rooted in northern Italy. The pale straw color is derived from fermentation in 100% stainless steel tank. Lime, delicate white flower and just a hint of lychee aromas are rounded out by fresh apple, pear and mineral notes on the palate. The finish is long and zippy, slightly chalky with lemon peel. Excellent pairing for seafood, chicken and pasta.
