The texture is fizzy and sherbet-like, with a vibrant effervescence on the tongue. The initial flavour is intensely sweet, with a burst of aniseed, toffee,digestive biscuits, peppermint, menthol, tar and coffee grounds. Sooty and tarryflavours then build.
