Sardinian oranges are hand-harvested, then infused into neutral grain spirit for several months. Wild honey and sugar syrup are added to the ‘fiore’ (flower), then the solution is brought down to 30% ABV. Sweet and citrusy, with juicy acidity. Enjoy after dinner as a digestivo, or as a unique addition to cocktails — plays very well with bourbon or gin.
