Bright and intense red color. On the nose it presents subtle destemmed aromas, the grape undergoes a cold maceration at 8 °C. Fermentation is carried out with native yeasts and at a very low temperature to ensure a smooth and delicate extraction and achieve maximum aromatic expression. In the barrel, the wine undergoes spontaneous malolactic fermentation and clears naturally.
