This classic Hautes-Cotes De Nuits Blanc is elegant and balanced with floral and fruity notes on the nose. The full, smooth flavor opens up to hints of ripe fruit and spices. The finish is full-bodied, long and complex.
Description
Located at an altitude of 1300 feet on clay-limestone soil with minimal soil depth, the tall and wide Chardonnay vines face south-west. The grapes are pressed and cold macerated. Alcoholic fermentation then takes place and aging in French oak barrels, on lees.
