Cuvée Eden is a new expression that is produced green, low intervention, and certified HVE sustainable. The nose is marked by notes of peony, crisp fruit (cherry), enhanced by a hint of peppery notes. The estate utilizes all natural methods including indigenous yeasts for fermentation and no additions of sulfites. This is a bright, fresh and approachable AOC Bordeaux composted of Cabernet & Merlot.
