Cousino Macul Lota is a full-bodied red wine from the Maipo Valley in Chile. It has aromas of ripe blackberry, plum, and dark cherry, with hints of spice and earth. On the palate, it is smooth and velvety, with a balanced acidity and a long, lingering finish. This wine pairs well with grilled meats, hearty stews, and aged cheeses.
