The East Indies are famous for their ginger, and this liqueur is developed from a maceration of ginger root enhanced with vanilla and spices. This fragrant liqueur has strong notes of ginger and coriander, with soft undertones of vanilla and orange blossom. The palate has a mild sweetness that quickly develops into spicy, fresh ginger balanced by a citrusy acidity.
