The Great Southern region of Western Australia is known for the elegance that the fine mineral structure of its soil imparts on its wines and Howard Park have named a range Flint Rock in its honour. In the Frankland and Mount Barker sub regions, where Shiraz grapes hold sway, the wines display a great intensity of dark fruits with traces of spice, earth and soft tannins. This rich, full-flavoured Flint Rock Shiraz does justice to the geology and geography and is great value.
