The Riesling 120 N.N. stands in contrast to the limited origin on Odinstal. The vines grow in the Rhine Valley on sandy and loamy soils. Everything was fermented in stainless steel, only 5% whole grapes were added, a stylistic device that Andreas Schumann often resorts to.

It has an enormously slim 9.5% alcohol by volume. A true lightweight. With less than 1g/l residual sugar and a crisp 7.2 g/l acidity, these are attractive values for advanced wine connoisseurs. The reason for this is the enormous rainfall there in September 2022. 110 litres of rain per m² fell at the end of September, so that the grapes were soaked. The selection represented an enormous effort, as all the ripe grapes rotted away.

Filtered through cellulose in August and lightly sulphurised before bottling.
