Inspured by the golden age of cognac in the 19th century, Alexandre Gabriel, Master Blender of Ferrand Cognac, teamed up with his friend and cocktail historian David Wondrich to resurrect the spirit of our yesteryear. 1840 Original Formula is both young and lively, while offering notes of ripe grapes with hints of spice and honey. Having a higher alcohol content than other current VS cognacs, it shows a power and richer flavor. It goes perfectly and harmoniously with all cocktails.
