Nose :
Both refined and concentrated. The first nose is characterized by notes of red fruits (cherry and wild strawberry) and also gently peppery and lemony. Allowed to breathe, it reveals fragrances of an especially floral cane juice (purple lilac, bougainvillea). The deliciously honeyed aroma palette (lavender, geranium) gradually becomes finely liquorice and mineral (basalt, schist).

Palate :
Full-bodied, dynamic. The divinely apricot attack is also creamy and rich (vanilla flan, raspberry cream cake). On the mid-palate, strong spices (nutmeg, clove), artichoke heart and crisp cherry create an extremely flavourful sequence of flavours. The hues found on the end of the palate rest for a long time on the cherries’ bright-red colour.

Overall :
Long, fresh. At the start of the finish, a delicious cane syrup releases its sweet and floral flavours on the palate. The end of the finish is characterized by notes of cinnamon, fresh coriander and macadamia. The deliciously vanilla retro-nasal olfaction returns to the floral tones (carnation, phlox, hyacinth) of a rich yet subtle spirit. The empty glass is mentholated as well as floral (vine flower, lily of the valley) and fruity (peach, apricot, cherry).
