Very light viscous mouthfeel that carries the lingering sweetness and pepper through to a clean minty finish. This blanco has a fantastic sweetness and other taste notes that work together to create a harmonious blend and an excellent taste experience.

The nose is lite for me but pleasant. It is foremost cooked agave. Followed by minerals some floral notes, mint and earth. The taste is an explosion of agave.
