The 2015 (Saarburg) Rausch Riesling Spätlese (AP #8) has a very clear and slightly flinty nose with very aromatic ripe fruit aromas and some grapefruit flavors. Pure, fresh and piquant on the palate, this is a remarkably fine and frisky, very elegant and persistent Spätlese with fine grip and lingering minerality.
